Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal.
Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: Shipping fee depends on product weight, we usually use the USPS or the FEDEX.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping fee depends on product weight.
Weight 0kg–4kg, shipping cost $10.00;
Weight 4.01kg–10kg, shipping cost $15.00;
Weight 10.01kg–30kg, shipping cost $20.00;
Weight above 30kg, shipping cost $25.00.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: In our experience, standard shipping usually takes between 25 -35 working days
Q: How long does dispatch take?
A: We try to ship as quickly as possible after receiving payment. In normal circumstances it takes 3-5 business days to process an order. We do not pick and pack on weekends or holidays.
Q: Do you charge tax?
A: No we do not charge tax on our products
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING GOODS. DO NOT RETURN THEM TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE AS THAT IS OUR SHIPPING AGENT AND WE WILL NOT RECEIVE THE PARCEL BACK.
Q: What should I do if I change my mind once I’ve received my purchase?
A: Please contact us at the email service@lovelykeep.com. We are happy to accept products back providing they are in their original packaging and unworn and undamaged. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and that we must receive the product before we can refund you.
Q: What should I do if my purchase is faulty?
A: Please contact us at the email service@lovelykeep.com, telling us what the issue is and enclosing a photo of the fault or damage. Please be assured that we will accept full responsibility for any errors or issues that are our fault.
