We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 5 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
HOW TO START A RETURN?
- Email to customer service : service@lovelykeep.com BEFORE you return any goods.
*FAULTY ITEMS: Please send us your order number, describe the issue and send us a photo(s) showing the fault.
*CHANGE OF MIND/DO NOT LIKE ITEM:Please send us your order number and tell us the reason for return.
- Get autorization from Customer Service.

Get refund to payment account
*TRACKING NUMBER is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return. - Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping. As it has started shipping, what you need to do is waiting for your parcel delivery then start a return.
- Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 5 days after delivery.

If you have provided the wrong shipping address and the packages cannot be delivered. Please contact us to arrange a resend. You are responsible for all shipping charges.
- If you cannot find your package after it is delivered, we have no responsibility for that. Please ask post office for help and further information.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
- Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
