SHIPPING & TRACKING

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will normally receive your order in 25-35 business days from the date that it is placed in US. And other countries will be longer.

VERIFICATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

 

PROCESSING

It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order and 2-3 business days  to ship the order out.Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

 

SHIPPING

Shipment takes 25- 35 business days to arrive in US normally. And other countries will be longer.

Shipping cost: shipping fee depends on product weight.
Weight 0kg–4kg, shipping cost $10.00;
Weight 4.01kg–10kg, shipping cost $15.00;
Weight 10.01kg–30kg, shipping cost $20.00;
Weight above 30kg, shipping cost $25.00.
